View a report for your Incidents/Hazards.

Here a drop-down filter will appear, select Start Date and End Date from the calendar and select respective division/s to see their records.

When you click on the report you can filter the report by start and end date and also division.

A CSV report file will generate as below. The report will retrieve this data from your Events that have been created in your Health & Safety tab.
