Reporting and the training matrix

ou can monitor and compile reports on competencies / training and licenses for staff by using the training matrix tab.

Dates next to each staff member will show up in thee key colours below:

Red for license /training expired

Yellow for license /training expiry in less than 30 days

Blue for license /training expiry in less than 60 days

Green for license /training expiry in more than 60 days

Grey for no license /training expiry date recorded

Filter each staff member by Department, Role and Status.

You can also export this information by pressing Export on the right hand side to generate a Excel csv file.
